Domicile
Permanent resident of Bihar, aged 25 or below (30 for postgraduate courses) at the time of applying.
Qualification
Passed 12th (or equivalent) and secured admission into an eligible diploma, undergraduate or postgraduate course.
Institution
Admission into a recognised institution, including most of the 20 colleges listed on this site.

Two paths after 12th, and where they actually lead
This is the real case for the credit card. Not a scare tactic: just what a technical degree changes about the next four years.
General degree, no technical training
- 3–4 years of B.A. / B.Com / B.Sc (general)
- Most competitive route left is a government exam
- Private-sector hiring skews toward technical/professional degrees
- Outcome depends heavily on exam luck, not the degree itself
Technical or professional degree
- 3–4 years: engineering, nursing, management, law & more
- Still eligible for the same government exams as Path A
- Also open to private-sector and corporate hiring
- BSCC covers the fee, so cost stops being the deciding factor

What can the ₹4,00,000 be used for?
Tuition fees, hostel and mess charges, books, laptop/equipment where required by the course, and other essential education expenses.
Is there really no fee for your help?
Correct: we don't charge students for BSCC application assistance. Our fee comes from the partner institution once you're admitted.
What if my college isn't BSCC-approved?
We'll tell you upfront during counselling, and suggest a comparable BSCC-accepted alternative if one exists.
